Dussehra is the final day of the festival of Navratri. It’s a day that celebrates the triumph of good over evil, as well as marks the start of Hindu festive and wedding season in India. Most people celebrate this day by preparing and eating traditional meals and sweets and sharing it with loved ones.

To help you get started, here’s a list of over 40 delicious recipes that are a 100% vegetarian and Dussehra appropriate!
