Today I want to share my favorite, easy Indo-Chinese recipes with you. There's noodles, rice, starters, sides; so there's something in here for everyone! Plus all these recipes are a breeze to make, ready in under 30 minutes, and absolutely delicious. I think you'll love this!
I think there are very few cuisines as delicious and full of flavor as Indo-Chinese. But that's not the only reason why this is one of my favorite cuisines. As someone who loves cooking quick and easy, but high-on-flavor dish, Indo-Chinese cuisine fits the bill perfectly! Most Indo-Chinese dishes require a handful of pantry staples, usually take only 30 minutes to put together, and are loaded with flavor and texture.
This is the biggest reasons why you'll usually find at least 2 Indo-Chinese dishes on my weekly meal plan. And I am pretty sure they'll be on yours too once you realise how perfect they are, especially after a long working day!
